1. a) How long do I have to cancel my purchase or return a product?

The user has fourteen calendar days to choose to return the "Product" from the date it was received, without incurring any penalties or costs, other than those corresponding to the return and without incurring any Justification is required.

1. c) What are the requirements for exercising the right of withdrawal?

Jose Negrin 6D, 35572 - Tias De Lanzarote - SPAIN. If you withdraw your consent, we will reimburse you for all payments received from you, including shipping costs (if any). For this purpose, however, you must return the goods directly to us or deliver them to us immediately, at the latest within 14 calendar days from the day on which you informed us of your decision to withdraw. A repayment made after this period is not considered a withdrawal.

1. d) How is the refund made?

aloevera36.com will refund the amount of the product using the same means of payment that you used at the time of purchase, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; In any case, you will not incur any costs for the reimbursement within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the date on which you inform us of the cancellation.
In accordance with section e) of Article 103 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of November 16, 2007, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the delivery of sealed goods, which are unsuitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and which were unsealed after delivery.
